Q: I live outside the US. Will TOCS still work for me in my own country?

Q: Are there any additional or extra fees associated with TOCS membership?

IMPORTANT: Please be aware of the inferior copycat programs out there that boast they have "NO ADMIN FEES”. Q: Is it possible to upgrade to a higher TOCS Tier at a later date?
A: Yes. You can upgrade at any time simply by paying the difference between the Tier level you’re at and the Tier level you want to upgrade to, together with the difference in the admin fee between the fee you originally paid, and the fee applicable to the Tier level you are upgrading to.

In addition to receiving higher dollar value cash gifts, upgrading to a higher level will also enable you to automatically qualify to receive cash gifts at the level/s below you!

Take the following example:

If you’re presently at Tier 1 ($500) and you upgrade to Tier 4 ($5,000) by paying the difference of $4,500, you’ll still be required to qualify, i.e. to send a pass up gift to your sponsor at the Tier 4 level, but after upgrading you will be auto-qualified (in this example) at the at the Starter Tier, Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 3 levels… in other words, after upgrading to Tier 4, you’ll be able to start receiving cash gifts at the $250, $500, $1,000 and $2,500 Tier levels with immediate effect!

Q: What happens if & when I refer a gift at a higher Tier level than the one I’m at?
A: If you generate a cash gift at a Tier level higher than the Tier level you’re currently at, then that gift will bypass you and pass up to your sponsor, (or their sponsor if they are not qualified at that specific gift level). However, the most important point to mention here is that once that gift has bypassed you and has been passed up to your sponsor, you will be AUTOMATICALLY UPGRADED to the Tier level of the gift that bypassed you at no cost to yourself.
