The Tier 1 Level is what we would call the "beginner level", and is designed for those who have a limited budget but still want to get started receiving cash right away.

By coming in at the Tier 1 Level, the maximum amount you can receive per gift is $500. However, there is no limit to the number of $500 gifts you can receive at this level.

To participate at the Tier 1 Level you must be able to gift another member $500, and then pass up to your sponsor the first gift you receive at the Tier 1 Level before you can become qualified to receive $500 cash gifts.
